Im so excited...engine and PWR
Well I just thought I share my new project with you guys. Its nothing special but Its the hardest thing ive done as of yet. I just bought a low mile EG33
~54k from svxpert (very helpful and straightfoward guy). It was sitting for a while so i figure im going to replace all the seals for good measure. So far I have the valve cover seals and rear main complete. Pics. Awesome work! I wish that my engine looked as good as that.
For a smaller pic, you can change the resolution on your camera or use software like http://picasa..com/ It's free and has a resizing feature under the export option. And, there are a lot of other pretty cool features that you can play around with. It's even got a tutorial that you can look at before you download. |

Sorry for hijacking your thread and going off topic jman, but after looking at the pic of your radiator, I was reminded of a question I've been meaning to ask. My cousin is a car salesman for Honda. One day last winter, we were driving to a basketball game about 30 miles away. About 25 miles into our trip, I looked at his temp gauge and it wasnt fully warmed up. Actually, the engine never fully warmed up for the entire 40 minute trip. Does a good radiator do that? Or does honda know something about engine cooling that other car companies dont? We were in a 2004 honda accord.

from what ive heard its actually a problem if the engine never fully warms up because it will cause more friction. Im sure someone knows more than me though.
