Tricky stuff to paint 100 X worse than Matalic. You have to keep moving and an Agitator gravity feed gun is a must. Looks like a re paint on the f fender. why would you paint it over rust dings and not fix the roof and window first. He must have got the paint cheep, the bid won't even cover the cost of the paint.
