On a serious note, the quickest fix would be to not turn on your radio.
 The next would be to do a search here on antenna rebuilds. There is a how-to guide on repairing them.

Which was posted by Mohrds.
A friend had the same problem. We found that the antenna was full of black stiff grease, which made the antenna stick and was forced out of the crimp. We could not get it crimpled so it would not fail, so he bought a new antenna for around $35.00.

That is the price that Mike at Kervin Subaru gave me. That is the best price I have found.
Doug's link was the antenna repair and how to take it apart. This will help when you get the new one and need to install it.
