Arrow New proof of Global warming!

True proof! It seems that a new study from The University of Alli Goar has proven beyond a doubt that global warming exists.

I had to read the entire 16,481 page study to get a grip on it, aparently there is a world wide phenomon that is seen every day in almost every place, it seems that on 99.987436215763% of days the temperature rises from the time of sunrise to 3pm, and this happens every day.

He will present a movie on this subject where he stands up in a lecture hall and gives a powerpoint presentation for 2 hours next month.

Also, he has noted that in the northern hemisphere for over 100 years it has gotten warmer from january to july, and that much of the snow melts, if this keeps up we could see temparatures nearly 300 degrees Kelvin,

Furthermore, it has been noted that in many parts of the world there are long periods of rain that last for months, and long periods of drought that last for months, we may need to construct earthen walls to hold back large ammounts of water for consumption during the months of droughts.

In addition, 100% of the scripted interviews and 100% of the hand picked and carefully edited interviews agreed with his views, even if the undeited interviews didn't

In the next 9 months he will be flying all over the world in his private jet to further explore this subject, in order to fill his carbon footprint he has installed condoms on cows anuses collecting the spent gas, and uses that in his airplane.

How is it proven that all the evidence and testing recorded to date, does no more than indicate a short term phenomena which will/could reverse naturally over a comparatively short time in history?

Remember that at the turn of the year 2,000, the world was told that everything involving a computer chip would shut down, necessitating the absolute need for stand by generators and lots more. I was not sucked in.

Even most of the knowledgeable failed to speak out. Engineers in industry and public bodies chose to spend mega bucks and cover their ass’s. Chicken, hearted like everyone involved.

This hog wash and well promoted fallacy, made a lot of money for a lot of people. Is there a connection?

It wasn't long ago when we heard we were entering the next ice age.

As far as this being just short term, they don't want to think about that. How are they going to raise taxes to keep this horrible thing from happening?

****, and in the 90's I was waiting for an asteroid to hit us

Though there are like, some actualy facts and evidence and stuff saying the earth is getting warmer, and ocean currents yadda yadda, it isnt the end of the world. global climate change just kinda happens. What about the Macadecedi?(Yes, I know I butchered that one) It WAS a lake, now its an uninhabitable salt flat the size of Portugal. If the sea levels rise 40 feet, move 40 feet up a mountian and enjoy your new oceanfront property.it's not like you wont see the water rising over the course of 30 years or anthing.Trust me, Ill be the first to know (2 feet above sea level here)

I mean, yes, by all means, seek alternitive fuels and stop pollution...but dont buy a hybrid car. That's half assery..you arent saving the planet, your just killing it slower..AND getting the same mileage as a diesel vw VAN from the 70's that can fit 7 people AND do wheelies (providd they are all in the back seat)

Problems

There's no doubt we need to be very conscious of our environment and take care of it wisely, but short of killing off half the world's population there's really not a lot we can do to significantly reduce greenhouse gases.

Most of these environmentalists are the same ones that stopped our nuclear energy program. The cleanest source of power to meet our energy needs. They are also the ones that keep us of from exploiting our still pretty vast sources of petroleum. I bet Alli Gorie lives in a huge house (at least one and probably more than one) using bunches of energy and full of all kinds of plastics and other synthetic material produced from guess what--oil.

They are the same ones that object to trees being cut down and guess what--they don't even want dead ones cut down?????????????????? Vast areas burned by forest fires are full of standing trees that environmentalists keep from being harvested-----seems to me that cutting dead trees would save more live trees????????????? Go figure.

Just a few things that bug me.

I'll throw my 2 cents in here as I had a nice long discussion awhile back about this and my GF got very pist at me

This "Global Warming" is a load of crap the media is using to scare you. I read a real report by real meteorologist and it concluded that the earth experiences trends in weather. We have cold and then warm trends. Don't get me wrong, we dont need to keep pumping out tons of pollutants out. But the Global warming is a load of crap that the media and politicians used to scare you and secure votes.
The reason my GF got pist at me is because she buys into to and thinks full heartedly that Global warming is real. After explaining my side she promptly kept saying it was real ^^ I just agreed.

No doubt Global warming/cooling is a natural phenomenon. The part about it being man made is totally contrary to any outstanding scientific proof. The fact that Gore won a peace prize for this nonsense just makes me sick. But it shed's light on how short sided the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change really is.

I saw a special on 20/20 were John Stossel did his, "Gimme a break", story on Global warming. Turns out a handful of the key scientist that made up the global panel on climate change, refutted the hypothesis entirely. When they tried to introduce their evidence to the panel they got shot down. Check it out...you be the judge.

I have a solar powered heater in my house, here is how it works:

All summer the trees arround my place grow and grow, the sun (or solar rays to be exact) hits the green leaves and causes a chemical reaction with the carbon dioxide in the air, the carbon is turned into a solid and stored in the trunk.

After 10-30 years I use my solar powered saw to cut the trees up into 10-14" legnths, then dry them (or not) and toss them into my solar heater, hereafter known as SH, WS, or Wood Stove, and a second chemical reaction both heats my house and replenishes fresh carbon dioxide to the trees.

Kinda neat, huh?

Oh, the solar saw works the same, but the dinasaurs ate the trees or grass, then decomposed and I use their oil in the saw.

See, I'm doing my part, what about you?

The little report just came to me last night, and it was aimed at the messanger and his tactics, not the message its self.

That being said, it seems that much of the "prius factor" is related to the price of fuel, and has little to do with the enviromental awareness of the owner, being "enviromentally correct" is their way of justifying not driving a huge car that way they arn't wussy.

That being said, if I was in the market for a new car that I expected to drive 20-30,000 miles or more a year I'd buy one(unless I could find another hybrid that is less obvious and still as efficient), the economy is impressive for its size...then I'd have Silverspear build me a body kit so no one would recognise it!

Warm or Cold

Ali Gorie forgot to tell China about global warming as they are having the coldest winter in 100 years.

In order to get the needed figures you can only count the years with excessive huricanes and high temperatures
