Thumbs up Tokyo xtreme racer drift...

Hey, you guys tried this game yet? I crossed my fingers when I just got it, scrolled down the used car section for a SVX and... aaarrgg, again no SVX. "Well, nothing new" I thought. Then I scrolled down the new car section, and to my amazement, TADA!! ALCYONE SVX!!! It's not the greatest game but having our car in there makes up for it, and having our car go sideways helps out too. Gotta check it out.

BTW, this might be a dumb question but, how do you pronouns "ALCYONE"?

They put a car with 90/10 awd in a drift game but not in gt4... yeeeeeeeeah.
btw this game got some really low ratings.. 4/10 to 6.5/10 and I'm seeing a bunch of fwd cars in some online reviews, wtf

yeah, I wanted the SVX to be on the newer GT series, not really a drift game. I like to compare brute power on straights with corners here and there. I liked the older TXR's than this one, but hey the SVX makes it good enough (the SVX's engine in this game does sound pretty mean, compared to those hondas and suzukis).

"al-SIGH-own-knee" or "el-SIGH-uh-nee"

In Japanese it's something like "a-ru-shi-o-ney" (based on how it's written: アルシオーネ)

Well whatever stupid ratio it supposedly switches to, our cars still shouldn't be in a drifting game.

I thought the E-spec, and possibly the J-spec bias power rearward, 35-65?

Or was that a custom setup for someone?

I'm also pretty sure I explained that it doesn't 'switch' either.

As for whether or not it should be in a drifting game, I don't really care. I'm not really a fan.
