call up Josh, he is a nice guy and is very easy to work with. I may be in for another as the silver is in the driveway now.

I'll do that next week. Depending on what he says, Group Buy #2 may soon be underway...

-Chike

P.S. I got Josh's e-mail and I'll send him a quick note tonight. Hopefully, I'll be able to get everything sorted out next week and the group buy will be on! When Group Buy #2 is official, I'll start something in the For Sale Section.

I don't remember how I heard they carried the PWR radiator for our SVXi, I sent them an email requesting a quote and this was their response on Aug 4th:

Tray
<Tray@topspeedsales.com> to me
More options Aug 4
Your radiator is $470.00 + shipping which is $20.

Let me know!

Tray M

I was fishing for parts info because I didn't know what I might find with the SVX I purchased on Aug 5th. I never followed up because my '92 Teal has been a trouble free and water tight daily driver (875 miles since purchase & climbing)!

Thanks Dan. I'm going to try and arrange a group buy. If that falls through, I'll give Tray a call...

Well Josh hasn't responded to my e-mail. I'll give him a call tomorrow and see what kinda price they can put together for us.

Personally, I'd get the cheap 'quick fix' and start saving for the long term solution...

Go for the cheap fix until the PWR radiator is available!! Stop the leak as soon as possible.

or....... you can be like me, and wait 2 months for the PWR to finally arrive, and in the meantime, drive it with the cracked radiator top while topping it off with water daily.

If you decide to go the route I went, then I've made it easy for you.

All you have to do is copy the first part of my signature (The "unfortunate" part) and paste it to your signature.

I would be highly interested in a PWR purchase.I am thinking of doing my t-belt in a month or so,so I would like to do it all at the same time. Was wondering though, with the added cooling for the atf,is a remote mounted atf oil cooler still needed,or is the cooling abilities from the aluminum that much better than the stock one?
Let me know how it goes!!!

I had a 16,000 B&M cooler and the stock one both running before I switched to just the PWR cooler and the PWR cooler seems to work better then the stock and a 16,000 B&M cooler. This is backed up by my autometer trany temp gauge. Somewhere in this thread I posted before and and after temps.

I know the PWR rad has a 5 pass trans cooler (stock is a 2 pass) and in one post Josh @ PWR stated that he guarantees tranny temps to run at least 12 degrees cooler than stock. Seems like he knows his stuff...

I'm sure the PWR trans cooler is fine on its own. The 4.6L V8 mustang with an auto trans uses a 4 pass trans cooler, while my former 5.4L s/c SVT Lightning used a 6 pass.
