Moving across the country
The SVX and I are moving most of the way across the country in a couple of weeks. Going from Seattle, WA to Grand Rapids, MI. Gonna be on I-90 for a lot of the trip, checking out Yellowstone and the Badlands on the way. I'm not expecting the car to haul the belongings. Taking a pretty slow pace, about 10 days. Dragging my mother along for the ride.
Any advice on taking a super-long trip mid summer in an SVX? Anyone know any good mechanics along the way or in MI? Any suggestions for things to see?

Sue handled the drive across the country (well, 3/4 of it) beautifully. Enjoyed Yellowstone and the Badlands.
Now she's waiting for me at the Detroit airport. Hope she remains unmolested.
