Re: Have you seen this car?

Far too much going on.

The rear spoiler... not good.

For all the custom work done to the hood... the two forward vents, if the angles were lessened and echoed the cowl line of the hood, I could see just those two vents moved back, and basically be where the washer jets go, on either side of the throttle-body. In the winter, those to sections of hood melt faster than the rest of the hood... so there is no insulation there, and there is probably a bit of natural chimney effect behind the intake manifold, there... and letting that heat escape the engine bay would be good.

But the center hood vent on this car, I don't like at all.

The paint scheme... I don't dislike it as much as I would have thought, actually. It would be sort of an interesting variation of the tri-tone silver SVXs...

I would probably leave the top of the roof blacked out like tinted glass, and have the hood and trunk painted the dark gray, with the silver below it... maybe with a dark gray thin stripe in the belt-line above the body cladding, and on the bumper covers.

This was an interesting premise, taken way too far beyond tasteful.

Re: Have you seen this car?

Would have been much better with the smooth stock hood. And the stock rear spoiler or none. It's just too much stuff going on.
