Valve job needed for an EG33

Does anyone know of a shop that specializes in Subaru EG33 engine repairs? It appears that one of my exhaust valves is in the first stages of leaking. I need a shop to do a valve job. I was preforming compression test with a “Leakdown Tester” and had one cylinder with low pressure. I could hear air leaking into the exhaust pipe.
I would prefer a shop in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area but I may have to ship the heads out. I will be removing the heads so the only work needed is a valve job.
