First real snow.

We got our first real snow today. It started while Don and I were on a salvage yard excursion. I said "i think it just became winter" lol.

It was 40 degrees and sleeting on my way home from work. Traffic was backing up so I took a scenic back road. What fun flying through the curves at almost twice the advised speed and seeing those twinkles in the head lights. Winter is here. Woohoo.

Winnipeg has already had a 10 car pile-up due to the weather. It always seems to take drivers too long to realize it's not summer anymore

I just mover from Florida, i was in north florida along the panhandle and it was still way way too hot. winter low 20-28, think it is to be 28 here saturday. I dont miss the 120 heat index either. Right now though here in the mountains its been raining and cool so the driveway is all muddy and my tires look bad. Much rather be in the north than hot weather, just have to learn how to ski, florida and NSW plains in australia never had snow. Now i am right in the mountains, love it up here, so many fun to drive on roads!! Hey Mike i will try to IM you sometime.
