Black bumpers

I have a pearl white . What do you think it would look like if I painted the bumpers with that Black bumper paint? The bumpers are constantly getting pitted and scuffed . Would be easy to keep them painted

Re: Black bumpers

my opinion is that it wouldn't look the nicest but if you painted the side plastics to match the front bumper I bet you could pull it off. Just my 2 cents.

I really don't think black bumpers would look good unless maybe if you got black side garnish pieces as well so the whole bottom 1/3 of the car was black-almost similar to the JDM silver tritone. Even with it this way, I still think it would look odd. Just my opinion though

Re: Black bumpers

Just kidding

You may want to just strip the paint off if your concerned with keeping them scuff free. Probably cheaper than respraying.

Re: Black bumpers

I say go for it.
Some time ago came across this white one, looks better than the original Subaru 3 tone (which I like )
but to me, white would be (to me) best colour for SVX and lower black suits it well

That looks fantastic! Part might be due to all the photoshoping though. I thought a pearlie would look nice with a champaign or pearlescent silver bottom.

Actually, I have thought about doing that; just haven't had the time to get it done.
