Maybe it is just too blurry to see, but it looks like the clamp is on just the breather, not the hose.

Come on up and check us out!

House and land prices are much less than you are used to in Napa, so you can get away with less income than you currently need.

Your point should be noted by the other thread respondents.

They are venting their anger and frustration at the wrong targets. The politicians that pass the laws are the ones they should be pointing at. The police should only be targets if they wrongfully enforce the laws or use inappropriate force. Get real fellows.

I don't know about everyone else, but I put this one 100% on the cops, the problem I have is that they are clearley stating that they are pulling over vehicles built for illegal street racing, and last I checked it was unconstitutional to go after someone that might commit a crime, at the same time they have had similar interviews on the news and while everything they say is technically acurate it is extremely misleading, causing the public to be left with vigerous and uneducated opinions based on un-facts. The way the video and news clips were made it makes it sound like modifying a vehicle is illegal and the stated purpose of the CHP is to get people before they commit a crime.

The laws that they are enforcing are polution controll/SMOG laws, and while I have no problem with them enforcing these laws I have a huge problem with the gross misprepresentation that the CHP is laying out, they are walking a fine line.

I have been pulled over by one too many cops who didn't know the law, 90% of them do, but all it takes is one to ruin your day!

Then the cop clearley stated that he pulled the motorist over for a reason other than the real reason of street racing equipment, again, sounds like walking a fine legal line, he probably couldn't pull the motorist over for the possible smog violations, so he looked for an excuse.

Not once did I hear that they were looking for SMOG violations to clean up the air...
