No, no, I remember what the rest was! it hit me like a sack or bricks when i went downstairs to get clothes from the dryer....Chike was commenting on my tan escaine interior set that Im storing down there. He said they needed to be cleaned. For some reason in the dream, all the tan plastic peices were WAY faded almost to white. In the dream Chike said it was because they were cold and that I could clean them with..........Damnit I forget. But it was weird, like seltzer water or something. So weird
But w/e, Chike is cool, im alowed to dream of him...he named his cat after my town

I didn't know that nurses specialised in one part of the body

yeah i'll probably hit the mall and check it out this weekend.

i was reading some people's responses to and didn't know if those sleep numbers would be good for me. i sleep on the side and on my stomach most of the time and i do have some joint pains now and then. some people who sleep in that manner and with certain ailments seemed to complain more. i'll just hit the store. the tempurpedic's the memory foam one right? if so, i've heard that the particular type of memory foam they use makes one sweat. dunno if i want to wake up in a puddle of sweat....

go try 'em out. there are like 5 different models of Sleep Number mattress - some of them have a memory foam top so that you may not get the "sleeping on an inflatable raft" feeling. i also sleep on my side and stomach mostly. i tried them out about 2 or 3 years ago, and i remember i liked the one mid or upper range model, but i'd have to go try them again if we plan on getting one soon.

what helps you get "good" sleep?
pills?...
Short term? Try Ambien. It works, no matter what your frame of mind.
Long term solution...all the old standbys: exercise, don't eat just before bed, stick to the same time going to sleep/getting up in the morning....
