Re: how wide is too wide?

ya thats what kept my friend from doing a FG cowl induction on his 87 Montecarlo.

on the topic of plastic on plastic and FG on FG..... when people get skirts or lips molded to their bumper, what do they use? since the bumper is plastic and the skirt is FG

and yes i wasnt planning on doing FG on metal, if anything i'd make a fg replica of the fender and modify that.

Re: how wide is too wide?

Isnt that pic from a forum where the guy was showing off the ****ty job the bodyshop did for his bodykit and paint job.
Apparently they used woodscrews to put on the kit and there were paint runs.

Re: how wide is too wide?

No man, it isn't mine. I like everything about it though except for the camber and rims.

You can see my car in my sig.

Besides this car is grey, mine is Silver

Re: how wide is too wide?

I'll chime in for a positive for the widebody. I think it would look very clean especially with an updated front bumper I'll post again this photoshop rendition
I have no knowledge of how to do body work so I don't know how it would have to be done. but it it was done and done right i would deff purchase it.
