Freewheeling in "D" or "R" at idle

Sounds like low pressure. I'd double check my fluid level. You want it closer to add than full on the dipstick but it must be above add. Then I'd make sure my throttle cables are adjusted correctly and not holding the throttle open--then check my tps adjustment to make sure it's between 0.48v and 0.50 v. Might as well check the resistance of the resistor while you're at it.
