02 code
recently got a code for 02 sensor on bank 2 (right side) and decided to get it changed and at the same time had the separator cover changed. The problem i am having now is the code keeps returning even though the dealer said they erased it and i have tried many times to erase it with my scanner.Anyone have this happen before? What i get is po145 and po145 pd(pending).Any help is greatly appreciated. dennis

Re: 02 code
Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours?

Re: 02 code
I haven't tried that yet but i'll be taking it off the road for the winter soon and then i'll disconnect the battery.maybe that will help. Thanks for the tip.

Re: 02 code
No, leave the battery disconnected overnight...That's the only way I can properly erase codes in my vehicle and I know it works. I think you need at least 6-8 hours to be honest.
What I actually do is have the lights on (car not started), then disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected overnight. |
