Europe members help needed

Hi guys, as you probably know my engine is in its way to heaven, be exact, connecting rod bearing on 6th piston is bad, which causes other problems. Below there are listed major(most expensive) parts needed for replacement/repair. I would really appreciate if anyone has good relation with local dealer to ask them for price quotation. As I compared prices in states, they are at minimum at 50% of prices I got from Subaru Czech (they are buying them from Subaru Germany). I am really p.... off of their policy here, e.g. price for Short Block in states is 1800 USD, local dealer offers it for 4260 USD!!! I have friends with BMWs, Mercedess, Alfa Romeos and I envy them excelent support from manufacturer (they got some service manuals, some parts for free, they are really happy that someone cares about their classic cars...)
I think I should take them to the court... I think Subaru policy should be the same for America, Europe, Asia. So where is the hell problem? I am ready to write email to somebody in Subaru but no way to get any contact, they are bulletproof. For price we all care about our cars they should demonstrate their respect :-) and good will...
