Front Calipers Siezed
Need help...My front calipers are siezed onto the brackets with that stupid pin. I tried everything to loosen them up, even used tried using a torch to break them loose. I need to buy new loaded calipers, but Subaru wants $305 each. I can get the calipers from Autozone for less than $60, but no brackets. Anyone know where I can source out some brackets.
Thanks, |

No Brackets
Anyone...need to find the brackets ASAP. I called Subaru and they want $165 for just the brackets, and $305 for everything for each side...I called everywhere I can think of and no luck, just calipers. Anyone know of any good junk yards that I can call.

Subaruparts.com lists the caliper brackets for $99.38 apiece.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least to find out that it's a dealer-only item.
