PAS Leak, is a cooler fitted ?

I changed the famous O Ring, and thought the job was done, but no, I still have a leak.

The strange thing is that the leaking PAS oil seems to be coming through the radiator, it is sprayed all over the battery and cam belt cover as if it has a heat exchanger fitted in front of the rad that is leaking. It is PAS fluid, my header tank is emptying, its not ATF from the AT oil coooler in the base of the rad. Its a '97 car.

According to the exploded diagrams we have no oil cooler, just a simple circuit betweed the pump and the rack.

Can anyone shed any light on this ?
