As most of you are probably aware, our friend Danny (SilverSpear) got himself into a little fender bender a few days ago.

There's a person that some of us are thinking is a scammer who's offering to send repair parts to Danny if he just pays for the shipping. He has sent Danny his email address with some pictures of some items.

We don't want to see Danny (or anyone else for that matter) get scammed, so here is my request to you guys and gals in New Jersey:

He (the potential scammer) claims to live in Buena, NJ. If Danny can get this guy to give him a physical address, could one of you guys or gals go have a show and tell with him to see if he's an ok seller? If he won't give an address, I guess that'll answer our question too!

If anyone can help out, please send Danny (SilverSpear) a PM.

im probably going to get some parts off that guy and pick them up in person. ill let you know how it works out.

I know about this person and who they are (relatively). He has got the parts but whether he knows what to do with them I do not know. Ken recently had me rebuild a diff for him because the trans he bought from this guy was no good. I dunno I am a bit shaky about it but hey, what do I know

Crap the center caps for my car won't be in my hands before the meet so my rims r going to look crappy...ah well

i don't sell svx parts, i just have a parts car sittin in my garage. theres not much left from this parts car, engine is gone and i just got rid of the chasi took it to the scrap metal place. the car is not in buena its in vineland. i just wanted to help out silverspear and look what it caused me trouble.

1558 s. allen ave vineland nj 08360. i live in vineland and buena... vineland my dads /buena my moms. (divorced) you guys wanna come and see then come!! heres my address (above) just tell me bofore you come.

number 2. ken? who? transmission? i never sold a transmission from a svx.
the parts car i have i bought it without a transmission and a rear diff.

yeah, i saw that slick map you drew, I dont think that would go over well with shipbottom pd, and neither that or the typhoon have up to date inspection stickers, but im only a few years off, maybe they wont notice...wait, wtf, the typhoon is gonna be faster the the 454SS anyway

I'd much rather hear the rumble of a 502 big block than the squeek of a 4.3 liter turbo... Now the roar of a 502 turbo would be a whole different story

Well, my engine block took a crap on me and so did the transmission. Add to that the fact that me and excaliber both aren't bringing in much money right now, so we won't be able to make it this year. Last year was great though, hope you guys have fun again this year.

I've been in contact with Ken recently . He's my ex-boss and a great guy.
He now needs someone to help rebuild his knee. Ken, if your reading this, I wish you all the best.

Larry, I know about Ken's surgery so thats why I did his diff in a day so that he had it to put back in... His car is running well so hopefully when he is up and running again his SVX will be right there with him
