3rd Annual Jersey Shore Meet Dec. 17th

Ok well I really want to plan some fun stuff for this meet. I have had 2 of them so far with a nice turn out and everyone seemed to enjoy themsleves. This year I was thinking maybe a rally much like at Reading and maybe a tech session for anyone looking to have work done... Shoot some ideas at me. As of right now it is scheduled for Sunday Dec 18th

Sweet def count me in, I'll take off work that day... My buddy lives in tuckerton so I could crash at his house/bring him along

He loves svx's but doesnt own one.

My exhaust, brakes and suspension should be fully completed by then.

I might not do some of the activities though but depends on what you guys do. No dragging for me without the 4EAT swap yet.

HAHA, why does everyone think I need to drag race?? Seriously though, it will be a quiet enjoyable time, as long as Gary doesn't pull up and do donuts in his porsche again...

As do I and 2 others on the network (soon to be 3 as my friend just bought tomssvx's old red '94). How old's your friend? What part of tuckerton is he in? What's he drive? He's prolly seen me and my 5speed a bunch of times, I might even know him.

I'm in, saturday would be better for me, but Im sure I can get off sunday too.

Doesn't really matter for me. I havent taken off work yet, plus i might take off the whole weekend for hte project.

MY friend in tuckerton drives a blue s10. He's seen a few svxi, I think we saw a black one and a bordeux one in the same day that I was down there.

Ok, I have been asked if I could move the meet to the sunday of that weekend. Anyone mind if it is moved back a day to the 18th??

Ok since there have been no objections, I will chnage over the date to the 18th... So everyone be there around 9am Sunday morning on December 18th... If you want to get there later, feel free there should be someone there

Tom - Just stopped in the site and saw this thread. Glad I did and will try to make it in one of my cars. Haven't driven the SVX for a while - the A/C needs work (leak, recharge???) and I need to have my excessive fuel consumption diagnosed. Since I don't drive it much, I haven't felt the need to have it taken care of.

I don't see Larry III listed here. It wouldn't be a meet without him and the Beautiful Naviguesser (and the canolis).

Yes it is on for the 18th rather than the 17th. I have yet to have a free minute to plot out the rally but I have a good idea.
