No, I really couldn't part with my SVX yet, after all I'm still trying to make it run properly
Here's an open question to those who know, is there a way of re-setting the onboard computers?, or more to the point, do the computers re-set themselves I mentioned before about rough running again, and by using my method of disconnecting individual injector leads have found it to be the front right pot. So far so good, but I also happen to have my multimeter with me and was interested in the voltage used to trigger the injector, so hooked up to said lead and found a constant 4 volts and thought 'Shouldn't this be pulsing?' I then checked the next lead and sure enough, it pulsed between 3 and 5 volts in time with the engine (which was now pretty rough being on only 4 cylinders Cursing to myself I think maybe it's the computer and not the coils The next day at work I'm showing this to an engine friend, and while we're standing there chatting, the engine suddenly rev'ed up to about 1500rpm, then settled down to a normal 550 rpm idle on 6 cylinders So my question is; WTHIGO! Arthur.
