Take a Vanquish and call me in the morning...

A stunner no doubt.....but my vote for best looking car recently goes to the Alfa that Giugiaro designed....and then they decided not to build. Don

My all time favorite would be the Ferrari GTO Berlinetta.

The original XK-E Jag was also a stunner...

I thought that this thread was about the body style or visual appeal of the car. IMHO The 1000 hp Caddy looks too heavy toward the rear and the Jag 220 has too many conflicting individual shapes.

Sorry Don,

I dont like the front of the car. The 3 round lights in triangular shaped slits are too much in conflit especially when when combined with the shape of the traditional Alfa grill. I also dont care for the the thickness of the C-pillar of the roof. It makes the rear too heavy looking.

The above is only my opinion.

There are many beautiful old classics, but many give this Talbot the nod for most beautiful....click "Next" to see different aspects.

http://rau-autowood.com/talbotx.htm

Chrysler patterned their Atlantic after the Talbot.

I would say these are some of the nicest cars around...and i'd say the cobra daytona coupe is one of the nicest. I have always loved the GTO though also..

[B]To me the most beautiful car was the Ferrari Berlinetta Lusso. It was an early 60's Pinin Farina design.
I also loved the look of the Lamborghini Miura.
Here are some others:
The Corvair SS
The Alfa Disco Volante' show car
The '57 Caddy Eldorado Brougham
'94 Chrysler LHS and current Dodge Intrepid.

To me these were all beautifully integrated designs. Every individual feature seemed to enhance the whole.

Hmmm...I'll agree on the LHS, Larry. It's Jag-like design came out of nowhere. I'll add my personel favorite non-exotic, Detroit Iron dream car. The '63 Riviera. Bulky by today's standards, but not a bad line anywhere. Retro this one & I'll consider parting with actual money.

Ron.

Prettiest Car EVER

Jaguar F Type!

I bought a press kit off of e-bay a while ago. A simple gorgeous little convertable slot car, and pre-Ford to boot.

I'll try and get an image posted

Collins

That was easy
