quick tranny fitment Q (2002 wrx)

hi guys,

i found a good deal on a 2002 wrx transmission (5spd)

and i forgot....
i need:
tranny
starter
clutch
slave cyl
master cyl
flywheel (+bolts)

what i forgot about:
do i need
driveshaft?
differential?
axles?

Edit: I believe that Tom now sells a different pedal setup that works with the stock SVX brake booster/master cylinder, so using a WRX one is not necessary.

One thing I would caution is that the 02-03 WRX 5MT's seem to have weaker second gears than most, I've heard many stories of unhappyness. I don't think it'll be a problem for normal driving, but if you start pushing it you may find it's not completely up to the task.

I'm still running an '02 WRX 5MT in mine. Still no issues to speak of.

You still need a crossmember (TomsSVX or custom)

Sorry to hijack, but (Earthworm) for the crossmember, it looks like you cut out a section on the underside of the stock svx crossmember and drilled holes to accommodate the rest of the WRX crossmember. Am I correct in this observation? Just asking because that's what I am planning on doing with mine, and I always feel better knowing something has been done in the past with success before I do it.
