Are you siting down. Paid 5k including full set of Manuals, race trip meter, 5 spare rims and the orignal seats that came out of the car. All most forgot Billistones all round. The car is complete and could enter a race with out anything done to it.

Wow - awesome price and package.

Where are you going to race? Would be eligible for Super TT in AMRC but with Bob Jane being involved chance are the series is about to die a natural death.

Would be be awesome to see 2 SVX's on the track (mine's is only im planning stage!)

Would love to see it in person though.

That's an awesome deal, I paid 5k for mine and there's nothing I can really boast about at the moment.

I can feel a track day coming about... My aim is to get a 6 speed in my SVX by the end of the year.. make that 3 SVXs in one event!

Also if you want to sell the orig driver's seat give me a buzz, all the stitching is torn everywhere on mine.

Jordan.

*crying and screaming from 12,000km away in London*

That is just stunning...and a bargain....and amazing...and....and *James collapses with SVXitis*

I have been debating getting rid of the S500 and getting an SVX here just so that I can VMax it on an autobahn

Actually, VMax the S500 THEN get an SVX!

Fantastic car and got to be the bargain of the century!

Well why don't you buy Mal's yellow one then? He still has it.

There are probably less than 6 yellow ones in the whole wide world.

Believe me, I came very close and had spoken to him about it but decided on the S500 (since they are so expensive back in Oz!)

I often wonder how much Subaru Australia paid to get their hands on the yellow SVX - must have been a lot since that was the one colour that I wished I had (but then, was more than happy with mine!). Indeed, if Subaru had come to offer mine (and we were not emigrating) it would have taken a very large cheque to convince me to depart with it

God I miss the Autobahn's
I may have only spent one week on them in a 1300cc Mitsi' Nimbus that felt like it would explode over 150kph, but it was the best motoring experience I've ever had.
To do it again in an SVX would be heaven
Having moved to Taree, I just get so frustrated driving back to Sydney with all the morons , and having watch for plod all the time
My tired old (480k) '92 will still bust the limit with ease, but is due for a transplant soon.
Hi guys, I'm back.
Arthur.

Tony, Super TT is the category for "Tin Tops" where the rules are flexible and they allow all sorts of cars that do not meet the V8 giants and production classes.

I've been racing in with the BOSS series (Big open single seaters) with a prototype sports car, only 1 ltr but not that much slower than a F3 on most tracks.

Series runs in 4 states, link here for info http://www.amrs.net.au/
