You need to find a dealer for that hose. Or buy some aftermarket hoes.

For the hoses with clamps, I use 3/8" Transmission fluid line that can be bought in foot increments at any auto parts store.

Ditto. Just a few bucks at most places, once in a while they just give it to me.
