The Horror

Look at this color.... I dont like it, and it looks like he took seats out of a 92 and put them into his 95 L. Doesnt look like its gotten the best care, not a true SVX lover ~Dennis

I wonder if an owner was Japanese. That paint is popular over there, it's position dependent color. I think the inventer was Japanese. They used to have a commercial over there depicting how he got the idea from certain butterflies that originate the effect.

It still sux

They call it camelian(ok, I cant spell the name of the stupid lizard) paint. I've seen other cars with it. Theres a Supra running around Dover, DE with pretty much the same color. You can even go to your neigbor hood auto part store and by a arosol paint kit to do the same thing. I was thinking about doing that to my racing helmet. That or anodized red. I have to agree, I never really like it on cars though.

This paint is the PPG brand. Even though each quart costs a looooooot, i do not like this kind of paint, it undervalues the car a lot.

Maybe he should have put the money into the interior instead

Where's the barfing smiley when you need it?

That car looks terrible...all that money spent on the (hideous) paint, and the interior is so shoddy!

I think the guy must LOVE that paint..if you look in the backround of the one picture you can barely see the upper portion of a car with the same paint.
The paint looks alright I guess,I think its kinda cool, just not on an SVX. He definently shoulda done the interior first. I mean, I usually spend more time inside the car than I do looking at it.

rims are fugly

I think Chameleon paint compliments the SVX.

Then again,

1( what doesn't the svx look good in
2( I'd never do that to mine.

Just needs a matching tint job.

5 days into the auction and no bids. It looks like everyone agrees.

I would vomit even if its clean, I personally dont like the way it looks on the SVX, for some reason it just doesnt look right. And I think he should have put a lot more into the interior insted of spending a lot on an ugly color paint ~Dennis

Besides I thought people were looking into getting a pjob like this but with warm tones (red/orange whatever)

Wow... Someone actually put a $3,000 bid on this car. With that interior?

Maybe it's Bucknbella who's going to call it the original Pace Car and sell it for 6k.
