Question Abs

I AM A NEWBIE. I HAVE A 92 WITH 65k
THE ABS LIGHT CAME ON.
THE NEXT DAY THE CAR WAS DEAD. CHARGING DID NOT HELP.
THE PUMP UNDER THE ABS PIPES ( I AM NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE)
WAS RUNNING AND KILLING HE BATTERY.
I TOOK ONE OF THE RELAYS OUT OF THE BOX ON TOP OF THE UNIT AND THE PUMP STOPPED.
I KNOW AM DRIVING WITH THE ABS LIGHT ON WHICH I UNDERSTAND HAVING THE ABS OFF DOES NOT REALLY MATTER. WE DROVE CARS WITH OUT ABS FOR GENERATIONS.
WHAT CAN I DO?
SHOULD I BUY NEW RELAYS ?
ARE THEY AVAILABLE.
WHO FIXES A PROBLEM LIKE THIS.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. SAM

Start with that and let us know what code you get. You might want to check your caps lock key also, I think it is stuck.

It's not uncommon to have one of the ABS relays stick after the ignition is turned off, thus killing your battery. We see it in the shop at least once a month. The relays retail for about $50 each.
