Unhappy transmission slipping
well, the title says it all. i got everything squared away with my axel and now my tranny starts slipping. 1st and 2nd gear. its a long shot but are there any fixes? checked the fluid and its fine. i guess we pulled that tranny for a reason, right ben?

Does the tranny shift at all?.....Fluid pink?...Were you getting jerky shifts before?

Verify whether it is first and 2nd or just on the 1st-2nd shift. Put it in 2/manual mode and see if it slips in 2.
You may only need a brake band adjustment.

changed the tranny fluid and filter today. the tranny is slipping from 1st to 2nd. it will rev up to atleast 4k rpms before it shifts......

If it is the brake band you can get it asjusted at the dealer for about 150...or do it yourself for free and get stressed out
