Wonderful! Hopefully Alex will be able to help, too (if I can't do it at school). I have another buddy in my major that would help as well... we could all pool resources and heave a plethera of tools! I've got a nice compressor and some air tools that should prove to be useful. Although I'm not to good working on cars, I can probably lend a hand with your swap this summer. It would be an invaluable learning experience and help when it comes time to do mine.

So, where are we thinking would be a good spot to have a meet (short a couple of SVXi that should be there)? Hopefully it can be around beer-O-clock.

Harry, I'll be up there for a convenient "wabbit-napping." However, I'm thinking it would be a bad move... due to the tire iron I would take to the back of the head (at best).

The only problem with doing a 5MT swap at your place would be dying at the sight of your last SVX. I get woozy everytime I think about it... and sick to my stomache when I see the pictures.

Personally, I like going to Ablebee's (when it isn't too busy). I do so hate driving/parking downtown though. Working downtown aggrevates me to no end. Everyday, someone on the road does something incredibly stupid. I even had a Hennepin county sherif slam his brakes and make me rear end him (resulting in my near arrest) because I honked at him for driving like a moron (on his cell).

How much does Porter charge for just the GC springs?

I'm not sure about the springs...I think it was at the beginning of the thread about the suspension.

I agree about downtown, I live there though in uptown.

I always go to the same places though

Ground Zero thursday (WooHoo 2night) & Sat.
The Saloon on Hard Mondays
Gay 90's sometimes

we all need to figure out this weekend.....
esp if we have an out of town visitor

Ahh crap! What have I done? Now I fear I'll get it even if I don't misbehave. Man, a tire iron would hurt... I've wacked myself in the head with a crowbar, 2" thick concrete, rocks, etc... I can remember the crowbar hurting most. Don't ask how I did these... I either can't remember, or I was being stupid.

Thanks Harry. Wow, glad I already have the Koni struts in... or that extra $600 for those would make this suspension completely impossible for now.

Harry, are you yelling, or did your caps lock get stuck on?
