the window thunk could mean......

your teflon guide piece is about to go. mine did on the drivers side and it cost me over $400 to get it replaced.

as far the creaking doors. i was given this spray lubricant at a tradeshow by the wd-40 guy and it is just awesome. they dont make it anymore but he gave me like 20 cans of the stuff.

$400??? Ouch! If this is what it does when it's "going", what happens when it's "gone"?
