Where do you start, the owner trying to make it look like a trans am or that he wont pay the 200 bucks to fix it.

He's probably got 1000 dollars into the rims and tires alone. He going to give it to the shop, for price and labor for a fuel pump!

The hood and grill would be easy to correct. However it looks like it may have had a bad respray.

Hood scoops are on backwards. Should be swapped left to right, with the long edges go on the outside.
