Drying out wet leather seats...

I got a killer deal on some nice leather front seats at the U-pull junkyard for my car (I'll confess, they're for the GT wagon, not the SVX...) problem was, the car they came out of had the windshield removed and the seats are soaked right down through the foam. The price was right-- only $12.99 each, so I thought I'd take a chance, but does anyone have any good ideas for drying them out and keeping the foam padding from mildewing short of complete disassembly? Unfortunately, the hot days are over in my part of the country (Utah) so I can't just set them out in the sun...

They have to dry out naturally . any heat and they will wither up like a prune . Just plain dry air is good enough

All depends how long they were sitting in the weather. Foam padding might be saoked and already growing **** inside.

I'd recommend removing the leather from the seats. Then, hit the foam with a shop vac to get out as much water as possible, then with the leather removed you can use warm air to help dry out the seats.
