Info wanted on spedo chip for JDM SVX

B3lha had mentioned at one time (if I remember correctly) that there is a chip that can be installed in the JDM speedometer to convert it to MPH. If anyone has that information, I am interested in it. TIA

When Canada switched to the metric system in the early 1970's we had to learn what a kilometer is. It's not hard - I had it all figured out by 1996

Seriously tho - even after close to 40 years since Canada has been a metric country, I still judge distance in miles, as do most Canadians my age so I can readily understand why you want this item.

Britain supposedly went metric in 1965, but we're still not quite there.

In America you buy a pint of milk. In mainland Europe you buy 1 litre of milk.

In Britain you buy a pint of milk, but the label on the bottle says 0.568 Litres.

If we're talking about those tasty european trappist beers then I'll happily drink a litre of it. On the other hand, a good traditional english real ale fits very nicely in a pint glass.
