I need an engine
Does anyone have a spare engine for sale, preferably around central texas area? I just blew a rod through the side of my block.

Had a slight oil leak somewhere and spun a rod bearing a while back. I fixed that problem and thought I found and fixed the leak. Well I guess not, seems like it got too low again and BANG! Actually it wasn't that loud and was kinda hard to tell what happened right away. I was still running just shaking a bit and had hardly any power. Once I figured out what the problem was and knew I was pretty much f***ed anyway, I was still able to drive about another 1/2 mile to a shop. Broke the cap off one of the rods and blew a hole about 2 in. by 3 in. in the top of the block right under the intake manifold.
