How in the name of..........

How in the hell do you program the keyless remotes?

I had to buy a new one a while back because mine fell apart.

I tried the method listed on this site that didn't work.

I took it to a dealer they couldn't figure it out even with the book in front of them. Not shure they were looking at the right thing, but I looked for it too and it seemed wrong. At least compleatly different than your way.

I do have 1 that works i'm tryin to get the other one to work.

Any ideas. I'v had the other remote for like 6months and wound like to be able to use it.

please help?

If you're trying to program it per the manual's instructions, is it even going into 'program' mode?

Did you make sure the new remote has a battery in it?

In the end, the remote may just be defective. In program mode, does the car recognize your old remote?
