about 10 to 15 minutes ago (3:30 pm PST), i saw a pearlie turning from jamboree rd. onto northbound (pacific) coast highway in newport beach. now i can die.

In the six months I've had my pearlie, I have seen ONE other SVX anywhere around where I live. That was a teal, heading east on Devonshire st. in early November. I know there are some others in So. Calif., and I am in a position to put together a meet, if only the owners would come out of the woodwork. I envy the guys in New Jersey, who can, and do, get together often, even though their cars are often suffering from terminal rust. Anyway, contact me, I still am interested in putting together a meet at the Petersen Automotive Museum, where I volunteer.

I'll have to see if you have anything happening when I deliver mine to Paul Eklund for fitment of a custom skidplate.

As far as Napa Bavarian, I can help on both counts (of vehicles, that is).

I'm working at Prestige in Santa Rosa now. Why haven't we ever met up yet?

For some reason though, SVXes seem to find their way to the east coast more than the western half of the US

2 of my twins are here in south bay area! Also I often go to the Trader Joe's near my work and I believe some worker there drives one. I see his/her '94~96 green SVX parked every time I go. Meaning I saw it today.

When I was in design school in Pasadena, there's 3 SVXs in the small parking lot including my first SVX(pearlie). My instructor had it as well but he sold it before I got my first SVX.

I've been Awol for a couple years, after trying to get ATT to add a second line they just changed my #, then changed it back, then back to #1, then my dialup didn't work most of the time, finally I called and told them to cancel everything or I was going to write the PUC, it was done in 15 minutes, I guess they moved me to the head of the line and I finally got internet back a couple months ago...then they took it away again and I spent 5 hours on the phone with the Indian call center, not american, where the protocall dosn't allow them to actually fix anything , all because they screwed up and set up 2 accounts, then figured it out and deleted the account that I knew about and used, But now I think I have it mostly fixed

Been there for a little over a month now. Working on learning BMW parts, VW parts, and thankfully I don't have to do any learning on the Subaru side...
