heat clock stereo...

My heater stopped working at the same time the clock stopped working, at the same time the stereo stopped working, and the windshield wiper stopped working too.
All the fuses are OK.
This happened a few times to me and they seem to turn back on eventually, but its annoying to have no wipers for a while out here in Oregon.

it could be a cracked/faulty wire that connects to the fuse or a bad ground

Did you check each fuse? Sometimes they look good, but may have a loose connection. I would go into the fuse area and start to wiggle things as well and see if you can find the problem.

The clock and radio involve common fuses but the wipers are on a separate circuit. Therefore it is unlikely that a fuse is involved. More so as the problem is intermittent.

There is no ground point common only to the circuits involved.

You should be looking for a faulty connector. If an after market stereo has been installed, carefully inspect connections and anything adjacent which could have been messed with.

I had the same problem and if I can find my post I fixed mine although it was kinda of weird how it fixed some think there was another problem but Idk it worked for me.

:EDIT:

Found it ~ Its here

I did not post back but after I took the 10A for the clock out and put the 20A in for the Cig. Lighter in and let it run for a minute on that, then turned car off and put the 10A back in for clock. It didn't blow it again and is working fine. I did some arguing and reasoning in my head and determined if the fuse was being overloaded why not remove a load from it. Which is what I did and replaced the Clock Fuse after a while and no problem since like I said.
