Exclamation 10th Anny meet

I ask everyone to go to the 10th Anniversary Forum and read my "Important" post. I need help contacting a whole lot of people whom I've been unable to reach. If you know anyone on that list and how to reach them, please, please let me know.

Remember that Larry has reserved rooms at the 2 main hotels and is still needing people to book.

We only have 6 weeks people!!!

tsutsuhund (Ron Mummert) suggested I contact you re: nametags.

My wife and I already have a reservation at the "Suites" hotel for "The Meet", but I haven't had much of a chance to keep up on other specifics of 'The Meet'.

For name tags: it will be 'me' (Mark Tente - mtente) and my wife (Sharon Tente) attending.

I'll take a peek at the new site and nose around.

Likewise, I'm looking forward to meeting you and the rest of our SVX 'nuts'.

Best regards,

Mark Tente

Please make sure we have nametags too.

Marcela Hill and Leo Hill

I will make my reservations sometime next week at the Homewood Suites.

Mark! Dude! Glad you've finally decided to come "slummin'."

Welcome to the wild and woolly world of dysfunctional SVXers! Look forward to meeting you in Lafayette.

Yeah, like a bad penny, I keep turning up. I'm really looking forward to 'The Meet', but at that time we'll be in the midst of moving/finishing/etc. for the new house, so I'll probably be glad for the break.

You've been around long enough to remember when my car was practically 'new' (at least to me)- I got it with about 27,000 mi's. on it about 3-1/2 years ago. I've got over 104,000 mi's. now!! It's about 25 mi's. from the 'new' place to the 'old' place, so a bunch of almost daily trips really adds up.

The nice thing is- it's mostly freeway (posted 70) that usually moves along at almost 80. We all know that 80-85 is just 'comfy' with an SVX.

More to talk about later.............

Regards,

-Mark
