Found a Xenon conversion site having a sale...
I am not promoting this site or anything...
I found this on fatwallet.com... Anyways, which kit would we need... Most kits seem around $240.. (I am sooo sick of SVX dim lights.... maybe I also need to polish the housings ) )

Try converting to 9005 headlight bulbs. They are much brighter and great visablity.

You would need a 9006 kit. However I agree that you should polish the lenses and if that isn't enough, try the 9005 upgrade.
Remind me and I'll show you the 9006 kit I had for experimenting. On a flat wall, its easy to see the bad pattern of the xenon kit. Doug
