Passenger Seat stuck, and more

Ok, so over last weekend, I moved the passenger seat forward...now it won't go back. That din't really bother me, as I figger some coin or something is stuck in the track and I just need to crawl around there and find it, pull it out and all should be well.

The weird thing is that my 'Fasten Seatbelt' light is flashing. Although I didn't notice it flashing until after I got into a very mild fender-bender yesterday (like < 5mph...my car no damage other minivan slight scratches on rear bumper). Both the shoulder straps are in place. Perhaps the bumpin jarred something?

Advice is appreciated.

Seat: fixed. Just needed a good shove
Flashing Seatbelt light: turns out the passenger-side automatic sholder strap was stuck. I have it a good shove and it moved freely and the light stopped flashing.

Whew.
