www.keylessride.com, windshields, and Vermont Teddy Bears

This place sells remotes and what not and claims to have our SVX remotes. Well, as it turns out A). they dont have SVX remotes, and B). they dont seem to know what they're doing. Stay clear of this place. They told me my package had shipped two weeks ago. Now two weeks later I call them up and he has no record of my package being shipped, aside from a note saying it had been. He then goes on to tell me he's not even sure they have the SVX remotes, which basically means they don't. But he said he'd try and find a compatable model. This is of course in between his phone cutting out. So based on everything I've just taken in, i'm like uhhhhhh maybe we'd better cancel that order.

I just hope the less-than-competant sounding person I talked with is competant enough to credit me my money back like he said he would.

Oh and this is also after I emailed them for the past two days to all five of the email addresses they have listed. Of course they didn't get back to me so I was forced to call them.

Oh, and to top it all off, this morning the windshield guy shows up to my house but can't replace my windshield in my garage because there isn't enough room, and it's raining outside. This is the second time he's flaked out on me. The first time two weeks ago I was sitting there for a few hours waiting for him to show up when I receive a call telling me they have to reschedule because the windshield they were going to replace mine with was apparently cracked already. I guess he can't control the weather or if the replacement windshield is going to be cracked when he picks it up, but it's still a pretty obnoxious situation.

And on top of that, the Vermont Teddy Bear I ordered for Mother's Day was delivered this morning from some DHL delivery company. As soon as I see the package i'm like uhhhhhhh, because it's completely trashed and smashed up. The guy was real nice and aplogized and all, but still. Looks like I'll be calling up to file a claim. I've never had a package from USPS or UPS look like this. Stear clear of these DHL people.
