Error Codes

I just replaced all the vacuum hoses on my 1996 SVX LSI and I am getting 2 new error codes.

The first is PO400, Exhaust Gas Recirulation Flow
the second is PO441 Evaporative Emission System incorrect Purge Flow

The error codes were not presesnt before I replaced the vacuum hoses. I was as careful as possible when I replaced the hoses, but the vacuum diagram on the hood does not show clearely what ports the hoses are connected to. I think that the 2 error codes are related to the same problem.

Does anyone have any advise or have any photos they can share of the component hookup for these valves and hoses.
