Rubber Seals Maintence?
I have noticed that some of the rubber seals around the exterior Windshield glass are not looking too good, some parts are slightly wavy. Is there some kind of rubber conditioner that I should be using on them? What do you guys recommend?

If not able to "raise from the dead," where can we find replacment ones? subaruparts.com? If so, what's the part number? Price?
