climate control DEF -> lose of power

I have a small problem with my SVX '93
When I put the climate control to DEF the car lose power. It can still drive byt it gets slow.

It is properly a bad ground connection some were, but I could use some help on where to look.

I have taken the one at the battery off, moved and re-attached. Maybe I should replace it, since if this one i bad, everything is bad.
