SVX stock could actually rise a notch if they found a mechanically-sound subject vehicle and give it a fair shake. But I'm bracing for the worst. By the third quarter-hour they will have fitted the thing with lunar rover tires and faux rocket motors before staging some sort of ridiculous splashdown finale. The car's remains likely have been crushed and shredded and melted into rebar.

bring the british top gear and be done ! the cast is horible they always go around what they really think of a car,

where are the super car tests also ???? are we that cheap here

I'm not crazy about either show, I would say the Brit version is definitely better, but since they have not had a SVX on the British version I have to declare the US version the winner!
When Top Gear has a faded glory car on, it usually [but not always results] in it being destroyed, however since the cars were listed as for sale early in the summer I think they are safe.

Does anyone watch Wheeler Dealers? I just discovered it recently after changing cable providers and like it quite a bit.

This will be the first episode of US top gear I have watched since the pilot episode.
It just felt like a cheap knock off..
Just like every other British show we import to the US to make our own version of...
Life on mars would be another good example of a poor US remake.

Only a few hours to go till it airs, hope they do the SVX justice.

Yes I have seen every episode I think. Great show and I relate to it because I find, fix, and flip cars in my spare time. "You can truly be Champagne Charlie for lemonade money" One of my favorite sayings from Mike.
