need help selecting sway bar bushing

Time to replace front/rear sway bar bushings w/Energy Suspension poly bushings. Read mod forum but unsure which bushings to purchase; 5121G or 5105G. The differences are as follows: 5121G is 17 mm, has greasable frame mounts/ mounting bracket center line height 0.625"/ bracket height 1.375"/maximum bolt center to center 2.875'/minimum bolt center to center 2.063". The 5105G is 17.5 mm/11/16", nongreasable frame mounts/ mounting bracket to sway bar centerline height 0.750"/ sway bar bracket height 1.750"/ sway bar maximum bolt center to center 3.625"/ minimum bolt center to center 2.563". Also need clarification if the same bushing are used in the front and the rear since both bushings are described as universal, fitting front/rear according to E. Suspension
