Lack of maintenance= consequence

I will talk about my brother´s Honda Legend, it needs a little more attention
See what happens when you get used of the click and the cluck, sounds coming from the right front wheel, that soon turns in a CLANK and Clunk!

And then...:

Front view:

My brother happily waiting for the towing.

Re: Lack of maintenance= consequence

I see your Legend, and raise you a Sundance! This one happened right in front of me. I could tell the car was going down the road a little askew, so I gave it some room. Half a block later, the driver's side of the car jumps up over the tire, spinning the whole car 180 degrees. I parked my car and got some pieces (spring & co.) out of the street. The driver looked at his car, mumbled something, and walked away.

Re: Lack of maintenance= consequence

reminds me of my wife's friend's husband.

Jiffy Lube refused to change the oil in his ford focus........because there wasn't any oil in it! He actually went to an auto store, bought 4 quarts and filled it, then took it back in for an oil change. I can't make **** like that up.

Last time we visited them his headlights were extremely dim. I checked them out the next morning. He had replaced them both but ford uses those crappy little metal tabs similar to our fogs for their mainbeams. He hadn't clipped them right so the bulbs were just floating in there melting away the housing.

No, he has no mechanical inclination.
