Exclamation Help! Need quick response

How long does it take for ATF to cycle through and get all mixed up with what was left over in torque converter? I'm too pissed off at myself right now to go into more detail. Can I just leave it in Park?

quick answer..

I'm pretty sure you have to run the shifter slowly thru each gear a few times while the engine is running....

If the car is running fine and tranny fluid looks clean to the age of the car, why change the fluid. Let it stay this way. I had played with many fluids which cause the tranny/engine to fail, making me learn real quick.

If it is running fine (esp. on the SVX), don't touch it and enjoy it till it stop working.

The inside filter had never been changed and the magnet never cleaned off. But I agree with you now; read the thread I just posted.
