SVX in Denmark

We have been the very lucky owners of a black 94 SVX for just over a week.

We bought our first Subaru an Impreza 10 month ago. After that our no 2 car just HAD to be a Subaru!

Originally we were looking for an XT and found one (the only one in Denmark). But it was sold before we had a chance to go and have a look at it.

After that we started our hunt for an SVX, it is hard to find one in Denmark as there is only 4 or 5 on the road. We were lucky and found one that was for sale or rather the owner called us asking if we wanted to buy it

Here are 2 pictures of our cars. Come spring we will post some more pictures showing you our SVX in the Danish nature...

Welcome !!

Hey guys, as in the other thread welcome !!

Car looks sweet, I guess it's Ebony Mica like my ex-'s car, a really nice colour when the sun catches it. I think those wheels must have been a German option as the guy (tony ??) in Portugal who has a yellow Ex-German market car also has those. At least you can't get them "the wrong way round"

Anyway, Joe'll be along in a moment to extend the welcome further. If we decide to meet up in August at the Japanese Auto Extraveganza you are more than welcome if you are able to join us. There are certainly some Imprezza guys from Denmark who came over a couple of years ago.

Phil.

Hello Pernille and Thomas.

Very nice car.

Phil beat me to the punch again, he's an early riser. Like he says I see you have the D option 17" rims. The guy in Portugal Phil mentions, my friend Paulo, does not have them any more, but you can see where they are now gone to if you check the Betty link below in my signature.

Joe

Yes, but they are only for winter use! We bought the car with 2 sets of wheels I have attached 2 pictures, one showing the car with it 18" summer wheels (BM Potenza), the other is a close up of the wheel.

Re: SVX in Denmark

I will pick up one in Germany 8th of January 2011 (silver '92).

In 1993 I saw one in Silkeborg DK, and I wanted one ever since.
This will be my daily driver.
In dry summer days it will however be parked, as my Lotus Turbo Esprit and Matra Murena also require some attention.

300 m from me another SVX is parked - it's a small world.

I am looking for advice regarding repair options in region North Sealand DK.
